Please Read First: In compliance with the policies of the Alabama Community College System, every student must submit one primary form of identification from the following: an unexpired Alabama driver's license, an unexpired Alabama Identification card, an unexpired U.S. passport or an unexpired U.S. permanent resident card. If you do not have any of these, you must submit two secondary forms of identification, one of which must be a photo identification card AND one additional form of identification. Students will also need to submit the following documents: official transcript(s) from high school and all colleges attended, an In State/Out of State Residence Form (found on website under admissions forms), and a copy of placement test scores (can be taken at Wallace State) or ACT scores (ACT.org). Please send these documents to firstname.lastname@example.org or bring to Lion Central in the Bailey Center.
